  • The wine list at The Free Press has been compiled to echo the same philosophy as the menu. The list offers quality, accessible wines combining old and new world favourites, as well as some interesting wines from small unknown producers from Italy.
  • Every glass of wine we drink represents a whole year of vineyard cultivation and perhaps several years of effort in the winery yet most of us throw it away, straight down our throats, without even trying to
    'read' it.
  • At The Free Press, we regularly take part in Wine tasting events throughout the country. Tasting some of the finest Wines from around the world and bringing those we found back to The Free Press. We hand pick our wines to create a list to suit all palates and purses.
